Equipment (only the most important ;-)

Apple Powerbook - very nice for digitizing all the video stuff, storing digital photos and writing dispatches. Long battery life, five expedition stars :-)

Nikon F90x - tough Camera with standard batteries and good exposue control

Sony DV-Camera TRV10 - not for expedition use, bad exposure control and the sound is even worse.

Garmin GPS II Plus satellite navigation - the standard, though and easy to use but no USB connection
